Der Vorspannbügel Typ VS ist die präzise Lösung zur Einstellung der Vorspannkraft an ROSTA Spannelementen SE 15 bis SE 50. Mit seinem ausgeklügelten Design erlaubt er die exakte Bestimmung der gewünschten Vorspannkraft bei kleinstmöglichem Aktionsweg – zuverlässig und reproduzierbar bis 15° Vorspannwinkel.

 

Einsatzbereich sind elastische Druck- und Niederhalterollenlagerungen in Bearbeitungsmaschinen wie Holzschleif- und Fräsmaschinen, Kunststein-Oberflächenpolierer, Folien-Kantenummantelungsmaschinen und Folien-Verpackungsmaschinen. Auch in Laminier- und Kaschieranlagen sowie als Zentrier- und Führungsrollenhalterung in Förderanlagen zeigt Typ VS seine Zuverlässigkeit.

 

Das bewährte System ermöglicht schnelle, sichere Montage ohne Spezialwerkzeuge. Die standardisierte Schnittstelle passt zu allen gängigen SE-Grössen im Bereich 15 bis 50.

The VS-type preload bracket is the precise solution for adjusting the preload force on ROSTA clamping elements SE 15 through SE 50. With its ingenious design, it allows for the exact determination of the desired preload force with the smallest possible travel—reliably and reproducibly up to a 15° preload angle.

 

Applications include elastic pressure and hold-down roller bearings in machining equipment such as wood sanding and milling machines, artificial stone surface polishers, film edge wrapping machines, and film packaging machines. The VS type also demonstrates its reliability in laminating and coating systems, as well as in conveyor systems where it serves as a centering and guide roller mount.

 

The proven system enables quick, secure installation without special tools. The standardized interface fits all common SE sizes in the range of 15 to 50.
