Der Vorspannbügel Typ VS ist die präzise Lösung zur Einstellung der Vorspannkraft an ROSTA Spannelementen SE 15 bis SE 50. Mit seinem ausgeklügelten Design erlaubt er die exakte Bestimmung der gewünschten Vorspannkraft bei kleinstmöglichem Aktionsweg – zuverlässig und reproduzierbar bis 15° Vorspannwinkel.
Einsatzbereich sind elastische Druck- und Niederhalterollenlagerungen in Bearbeitungsmaschinen wie Holzschleif- und Fräsmaschinen, Kunststein-Oberflächenpolierer, Folien-Kantenummantelungsmaschinen und Folien-Verpackungsmaschinen. Auch in Laminier- und Kaschieranlagen sowie als Zentrier- und Führungsrollenhalterung in Förderanlagen zeigt Typ VS seine Zuverlässigkeit.

With its ingenious design, it allows for the exact determination of the desired preload force with the smallest possible travel—reliably and reproducibly up to a 15° preload angle.
Applications include elastic pressure and hold-down roller bearings in machining equipment such as wood sanding and milling machines, artificial stone surface polishers, film edge wrapping machines, and film packaging machines.
