MB 55 Motorized Rocker

Die neue MB 55 ist die kompakte selbstspannende Motorwippe für Elektromotoren von 7,5 bis 45 kW und bietet eine zuverlässige, langlebige Lösung für Reibriemenantriebe. Wie bei der größeren MB 100 sorgt die zentral angeordnete Vorspannvorrichtung für eine besonders einfache und intuitive Handhabung. Sie ermöglicht eine präzise Einstellung der Riemenspannung, reduziert den Montageaufwand deutlich und erhöht die Betriebssicherheit.

 

Das Lochbild der Motorplatte entspricht exakt dem Muster der Grundplatte. Dadurch kann ein zuvor fest montierter Motor ohne zusätzliche Anpassungen direkt auf die MB 55 umgesetzt werden – ein klarer Vorteil für Retrofit‑Projekte und schnelle Anlagenmodernisierungen. Die seitlich angebrachten Öffnungen erleichtern das Greifen, Positionieren und Fixieren der Motorwippe während der Installation und steigern die Bedienerfreundlichkeit weiter.

 

Dank ihrer robusten Konstruktion, zuverlässigen Spannleistung und der wartungsfreien Ausführung ist die MB 55 eine langlebige, effiziente und praxisorientierte Lösung für moderne Antriebssysteme.

 

The new MB 55 is a compact, self-tensioning motor mount for electric motors ranging from 7.5 to 45 kW, offering a reliable, long-lasting solution for V-belt drives. As with the larger MB 100, the centrally located tensioning mechanism ensures particularly simple and intuitive operation. It enables precise adjustment of belt tension, significantly reduces installation effort, and increases operational reliability.

 

The hole pattern of the motor plate corresponds exactly to that of the base plate. This allows a previously securely mounted motor to be transferred directly to the MB 55 without additional adjustments—a clear advantage for retrofit projects and rapid plant modernizations. The side openings facilitate gripping, positioning, and securing the motor cradle during installation, further enhancing user-friendliness.

 

Thanks to its robust construction, reliable tensioning performance, and maintenance-free design, the MB 55 is a durable, efficient, and practical solution for modern drive systems.
