Die Schnellvorspanneinheit Typ SV ist die clevere Montagehilfe für ROSTA Spannelemente von SE 15 bis SE 50. Über eine Gewindespindel mit gehärteter Kugelpfanne lassen sich die Elemente per Schraub-Ratsche einfach bis 30° vorspannen – schnell, kontrolliert und mit deutlich weniger Kraftaufwand als mit langen Spannschlüsseln. Die gehäuseumfassende Schelle mit integrierter Spannvorrichtung dient gleichzeitig als Verdrehsicherung. Für den Anbau genügt eine zusätzliche Bohrung für das Gewindeauge. Gerade bei engen Platzverhältnissen ermöglicht Typ SV einen schnellen, sicheren und problemlosen Riemen- oder Kettenwechsel.

The SV quick-tensioning unit is a clever installation aid for ROSTA clamping elements ranging from SE 15 to SE 50. Using a threaded spindle with a hardened ball socket, the elements can be easily pre-tensioned up to 30° with a ratchet wrench—quickly, precisely, and with significantly less effort than when using long tensioning wrenches. The housing-encircling clamp with integrated tensioning device also serves as an anti-rotation device. Installation requires only an additional hole for the threaded eye. Especially in tight spaces, the Type SV enables fast, safe, and hassle-free belt or chain replacement.
