Die MB 70 ist die ideale standardisierte Motorwippe für schwere Riemenantriebe und eignet sich für Elektromotoren von 37 bis 200 kW (Rahmengrößen 250 M bis 315 L). Sie ist in vier verschiedenen Längen verfügbar, abgestimmt auf die jeweilige Motorgröße, und bietet damit hohe Flexibilität bei unterschiedlichsten Antriebskonfigurationen.

 

Die robuste Vorspanneinrichtung kann in insgesamt elf Positionen montiert werden. Dadurch lässt sich die Grundplatte optimal neigen, um den idealen Arbeitswinkel für die angetriebene Scheibe einzustellen. Die Riemenvorspannung selbst ist stufenlos regulierbar und kann exakt an Riemengröße, Anzahl und Belastung angepasst werden.

 

So gewährleistet die MB 70 eine präzise Kraftübertragung, maximale Betriebssicherheit und eine deutlich verlängerte Lebensdauer des gesamten Antriebssystems. Dank ihrer stabilen Bauweise und einfachen Handhabung ist sie die perfekte Lösung für schwere industrielle Anwendungen.

 

The MB 70 is the ideal standardized motor mount for heavy-duty belt drives and is suitable for electric motors ranging from 37 to 200 kW (frame sizes 250 M to 315 L). It is available in four different lengths, tailored to the respective motor size, and thus offers high flexibility for a wide variety of drive configurations.

 

The robust tensioning device can be mounted in a total of eleven positions. This allows the base plate to be optimally tilted to set the ideal working angle for the driven pulley. The belt tension itself is infinitely adjustable and can be precisely adapted to belt size, number, and load.

 

Thus, the MB 70 ensures precise power transmission, maximum operational reliability, and a significantly extended service life for the entire drive system. Thanks to its sturdy construction and ease of use, it is the perfect solution for heavy-duty industrial applications.
