Der Nivellierfuss Typ M ist die robuste Direktmontage-Lösung für Maschinen in rauen und extremen Umgebungen. Er wird direkt in den Maschinenfuss geschraubt und verfügt über ein eingebautes Nivelliersystem mit seitlicher Höhenjustierung. Das integrierte Gelenk kompensiert leichtes Bodengefälle und Unebenheiten problemlos; Schrägstellungen bis 5° werden zuverlässig ausgeglichen.

 

Die Chromstahlkissen dämpfen Körperschall wirksam und sorgen für einen ruhigen Lauf. Typ M ist bis 250°C temperaturbeständig und damit auch für Hochtemperatur-Anwendungen geeignet. Die Ausführung ist dauerhaft beständig gegen Korrosion, Öle, Fette und Lösungsmittel – ideal für Lebensmittel-, Pharma- und Chemieanwendungen.

 

Der Traglastbereich reicht von 300 N bis 35 000 N, was Typ M für Maschinen unterschiedlichster Grösse einsetzbar macht – von leichten bis massiven Industrieanlagen.

The Type M leveling foot is a robust, direct-mount solution for machines in harsh and extreme environments. It is screwed directly into the machine base and features a built-in leveling system with lateral height adjustment. The integrated joint easily compensates for slight floor slopes and unevenness; inclinations of up to 5° are reliably compensated.

 

The chrome steel pads effectively dampen structure-borne noise and ensure smooth operation. Type M is temperature-resistant up to 250°C and is therefore also suitable for high-temperature applications. The design is permanently resistant to corrosion, oils, greases, and solvents—ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications.

 

The load capacity ranges from 300 N to 35,000 N, making Type M suitable for machines of all sizes—from light to heavy-duty industrial equipment.
