Rund 20 % aller Sieb‑ und Austragsrinnen werden aus verfahrenstechnischen Gründen hängend unter Materialbunkern oder Dosierschächten installiert. Für diese Anwendungen kommen häufig die ROSTA Schwingelemente vom Typ HSI zum Einsatz, da sie eine direkte Aufhängung der Siebmaschine am Silo oder Bunker ermöglichen – ohne den Einsatz komplexer Jochkonstruktionen. Dies reduziert den Installationsaufwand deutlich und schafft mehr Flexibilität im Anlagenlayout.

 

Die aktuellen HSI‑Aufhängungen verfügen über eine optimierte Führungsarmgeometrie, die speziell für Zugbelastungen entwickelt wurde. Dadurch lässt sich die Eigenfrequenz der Aufhängung von zuvor rund 5,5 Hz auf etwa 3,5 Hz senken. Diese niedrige Eigenfrequenz führt zu einer Isolierwirkung von über 97 % und sorgt für einen besonders ruhigen Betrieb mit deutlich reduzierten Restschwingungen in Silostrukturen und Gebäuden.

 

Alle HSI‑Schwinghalterungen bestehen aus Edelstahl AISI 304 und sind vollständig kompatibel sowie austauschbar mit den Standard‑HS‑Aufhängungen. Ihre hohe Seitenstabilität gewährleistet zudem einen kurzen, sicheren und kontrollierten Resonanzdurchlauf der Maschine.

For process-related reasons, approximately 20% of all screening and discharge chutes are suspended beneath material silos or dosing hoppers. ROSTA HSI-type vibration elements are frequently used for these applications, as they allow the screening machine to be suspended directly from the silo or hopper—without the need for complex yoke structures. This significantly reduces installation costs and provides greater flexibility in plant layout.

 

The current HSI suspensions feature an optimized guide arm geometry specifically designed for tensile loads. This reduces the suspension’s natural frequency from approximately 5.5 Hz to about 3.5 Hz. This low natural frequency results in an isolation efficiency of over 97% and ensures exceptionally quiet operation with significantly reduced residual vibrations in silo structures and buildings.

 

All HSI vibration mounts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and are fully compatible and interchangeable with standard HS mounts. Their high lateral stability also ensures a short, safe, and controlled resonance cycle of the machine.
