Die Schwingelemente Typ AB-HD TWIN sind die Heavy-Duty-Lösung für maximale Leistungsanforderungen. Die spezielle Zwillingskonstruktion mit parallel angeordneten Elementen auf beiden Hebelseiten erreicht eine Tragfähigkeit, die rund doppelt so hoch liegt wie bei den Standard-Ausführungen AB-HD 50 und AB-HD 50–1.6.

 

Diese Bauweise sorgt für höchste Stabilität, gute Schwingungsisolation und eine zuverlässige Führung des Systems – auch unter extremen Lastbedingungen. AB-HD TWIN eignet sich ideal für Grosssiebanlagen oder Maschinen mit Gegenschwingrahmen, bei denen das Gesamtgewicht 10 Tonnen und mehr beträgt.

 

Ein cleveres Design-Detail: Dank identischer Führungsgeometrie und gleicher Eigenfrequenzen lassen sich TWIN-Elemente flexibel mit Standard-AB-HD-Versionen kombinieren. So können Sie je nach Gewichtsschwerpunkt gezielt verstärkte Abstützungspunkte an Ein- oder Auslaufseite realisieren – für optimale Balance, maximale Effizienz und verlängerte Lebensdauer.

The AB-HD TWIN vibration elements are the heavy-duty solution for maximum performance requirements. The special twin design, featuring elements arranged in parallel on both sides of the lever, achieves a load-bearing capacity that is approximately twice as high as that of the standard AB-HD 50 and AB-HD 50–1.6 models.

 

This design ensures maximum stability, excellent vibration isolation, and reliable system guidance—even under extreme load conditions. AB-HD TWIN is ideal for large screening plants or machines with counter-swinging frames where the total weight is 10 tons or more.

 

A clever design detail: Thanks to identical guide geometry and the same natural frequencies, TWIN elements can be flexibly combined with standard AB-HD versions. This allows you to implement specifically reinforced support points on the inlet or outlet side depending on the center of gravity—for optimal balance, maximum efficiency, and extended service life.
