AB-D 50

The AB-D model offers significantly higher load capacity than the standard AB model despite its compact design and was developed specifically to meet the demanding requirements of modern screening processes. Thanks to its linear spring action, the system achieves a low natural frequency of approx. 3.2 Hz. Combined with a typical operating frequency of around 16 Hz, this results in an isolation level of about 95%, effectively keeping vibrations away from the supporting structure. As with all ROSTA screen mounts, the AB-D also supports the precise, linear vibrating motion of the screen. Thanks to its pronounced lateral stability, a controlled, brief passage through resonance is possible—without any additional lateral guides.

Due to its high load-bearing capacity, the AB-D is particularly suitable for modern screens with counter-vibrating frames. Installation is simple via direct bolting of the steel supports to the supporting structure. The housings consist of robust aluminum profiles in which the double rubber spring elements are integrated—a durable, maintenance-free solution for demanding applications.
