AB-HD 50-1.6

The AB-HD series of vibration elements are the heavy-duty models within the ROSTA AB series and were specifically developed for particularly demanding screening and conveying applications. Thanks to their robust construction, they offer significantly higher load capacities than the standard models. One example is the AB-HD 50-2 model, which, thanks to a slightly higher natural frequency of approx. 2.7 Hz (instead of 2.3 Hz), achieves a load capacity that is approximately 40% higher—14,000 N compared to 10,000 N for the standard AB 50-2 version. This performance reserve makes the AB-HD elements ideal for harsh operating conditions and dynamically changing loads.

The AB-HD mounts are particularly suitable for mining and aggregate screening plants that are subject to significant load fluctuations and require high robustness against overload situations. Thanks to their increased resilience, they are also the optimal choice for plants that experience shock loads, such as those fed by front-end loaders or with irregular material input.

All AB-HD vibration elements are also available in a stainless steel version, ABI-HD (AISI 304), and offer the same technical performance as the standard blue models—a reliable solution for corrosive or hygienically demanding environments.
