ROSTA‑Schubstangenköpfe Typ STI in INOX-Ausführung sind elastische, spielfreie Gelenke, die Beschleunigungskräfte aus Exzenterantrieben präzise, leise und absolut zuverlässig auf geführte Vibrationsförderrinnen übertragen. Durch den Einsatz von hochwertigem rostfreiem Stahl bieten sie maximale Korrosionsbeständigkeit, hygienische Oberflächen und eine besonders hohe Lebensdauer – ideal für Umgebungen mit Feuchtigkeit, aggressiven Medien oder strengen Reinigungsprozessen, wie in der Lebensmittel‑, Chemie‑ oder Pharmaindustrie.
Die Kraftübertragung erfolgt über einen robusten Innenvierkant, der mittels einer stabilen „Gabel“-Verbindung mit der Rinne gekoppelt ist. Das Außengehäuse wird direkt mit der Exzenterstange verschraubt und bildet eine langlebige, spielfreie Einheit. Für eine exakte Anpassung der Förderbewegung sind STI‑Schubstangenköpfe wahlweise mit Rechts‑ oder Linksgewinde erhältlich, wodurch sich die Gesamtlänge der Schubstange einfach justieren lässt. Diese Flexibilität erleichtert die Integration in unterschiedlichste Anlagen und sorgt für einen dauerhaft wartungsfreien Betrieb.
ROSTA STI-type push rod heads in stainless steel are flexible, backlash-free joints that precisely, quietly, and absolutely reliably transmit acceleration forces from eccentric drives to guided vibratory conveyor troughs. Thanks to the use of high-quality stainless steel, they offer maximum corrosion resistance, hygienic surfaces, and an exceptionally long service life—ideal for environments with moisture, aggressive media, or rigorous cleaning processes, such as in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
Power is transmitted via a robust internal square shaft, which is coupled to the trough via a stable “fork” connection. The outer housing is directly bolted to the eccentric rod, forming a durable, backlash-free unit. For precise adjustment of the conveying motion, STI push rod heads are available with either right-hand or left-hand threads, allowing the total length of the push rod to be easily adjusted.
