ROSTA‑Schubstangenköpfe Typ ST sind elastische, spielfreie Gelenke, die die vom Exzenterantrieb erzeugten Beschleunigungskräfte zuverlässig und geräuschlos auf die schwingende Förderrinne übertragen. Dank ihrer Bauweise arbeiten sie komplett wartungsfrei und gewährleisten eine dauerhaft stabile und präzise Bewegungsübertragung – ideal für geführte Vibrationsförderrinnen in verschiedensten Industrieanwendungen.
Die Kraftübertragung erfolgt über den Innenvierkant, der über eine robuste „Gabel“-Verbindung mit der Rinne gekoppelt ist. Das Außengehäuse wird direkt mit der Exzenterstange verschraubt und bildet so eine sichere und langlebige Einheit. Für maximale Flexibilität stehen die Schubstangenköpfe optional mit Rechts‑ oder Linksgewinde zur Verfügung, sodass sich die Gesamtlänge der Schubstange einfach und exakt einstellen lässt. Diese Einstellbarkeit ermöglicht eine präzise Abstimmung der Förderbewegung und erleichtert die Integration in unterschiedlichste Anlagenkonfigurationen.
ROSTA Type ST push rod heads are flexible, backlash-free joints that reliably and quietly transmit the acceleration forces generated by the eccentric drive to the vibrating conveyor trough. Thanks to their design, they operate completely maintenance-free and ensure consistently stable and precise motion transmission—ideal for guided vibrating conveyor troughs in a wide variety of industrial applications.
Force transmission occurs via the internal square, which is coupled to the chute via a robust “fork” connection. The outer housing is directly bolted to the eccentric rod, forming a secure and durable unit. For maximum flexibility, the push rod heads are optionally available with right- or left-hand threads, allowing the total length of the push rod to be easily and precisely adjusted. This adjustability enables precise tuning of the conveying motion and facilitates integration into a wide variety of system configurations.
