Die MB 75 verfügt über eine zentral angeordnete Vorspannvorrichtung, die eine besonders einfache und intuitive Handhabung ermöglicht – vergleichbar mit der größeren MB 100. Das Lochbild der Motorplatte entspricht exakt dem Muster der Grundplatte. Dadurch kann ein zuvor fest installierter Motor ohne zusätzliche Anpassungen oder Umbauten direkt auf die MB 75 montiert werden. Ergänzend sind die Seitenplatten mit praktischen Öffnungen ausgestattet, um das Greifen, Positionieren und Fixieren der Motorwippe während der Installation deutlich zu erleichtern.
Alle drei Baugrößen der MB 75 besitzen eine um 100 mm versetzte Position der Motorplatte, wodurch mehr Flexibilität bei der Riemenführung entsteht. Mit einer kompakten Gesamthöhe von nur 315 mm lässt sich die MB 75 auch in beengte Anlagenumgebungen problemlos integrieren. Für hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit verfügen alle Modelle über verzinkte Oberflächen, ergänzt durch das charakteristisch blau lackierte ROSTA‑Gummifederelement. Mehrere gut sichtbare Aufkleber liefern wichtige Informationen zu Einstellvorgängen, Produktname und Rückverfolgbarkeit – für eine sichere und effiziente Inbetriebnahme.
The MB 75 features a centrally located clamping mechanism that makes it particularly easy and intuitive to use—similar to the larger MB 100. The hole pattern on the motor plate matches the base plate exactly. This allows a previously installed motor to be mounted directly onto the MB 75 without any additional adjustments or modifications. In addition, the side plates are equipped with practical openings to significantly facilitate gripping, positioning, and securing the motor cradle during installation.
All three sizes of the MB 75 feature a motor plate offset by 100 mm, providing greater flexibility in belt routing. With a compact overall height of just 315 mm, the MB 75 can be easily integrated even into confined plant environments. For high durability, all models feature galvanized surfaces, complemented by the characteristic blue-painted ROSTA rubber spring element. Several clearly visible labels provide important information on adjustment procedures, product name, and traceability—for safe and efficient commissioning.
