Die MB 50 ist die universellste selbstspannende Motorwippe für Reibriemenantriebe und eignet sich für Elektromotoren von 7,5 bis 45 kW (Baugrößen 160 M bis 225 M). Die genormte Grundplatte kann – abhängig von der Position der angetriebenen Riemenscheibe – entweder „mittig“ oder „versetzt“ auf dem Gummifederelement montiert werden. Dadurch lässt sich die MB 50 flexibel in unterschiedlichste Antriebskonfigurationen integrieren und bietet eine hohe Vielseitigkeit bei kompaktem Bauraum.
Die Riemenvorspannung kann stufenlos eingestellt werden und lässt sich exakt an Riemengröße, Anzahl und Betriebsanforderungen anpassen, was eine optimale Kraftübertragung und maximale Lebensdauer des gesamten Antriebssystems ermöglicht.
Die MB 50 verfügt über zwei innenliegende kardanische Buchsen, die für eine spielfreie, präzise Lagerung sorgen. Ergänzt wird dies durch eine leistungsfähige Vorspanneinrichtung sowie eine robuste Bolzenhalterung, die eine einfache, sichere und schnelle Fixierung des Motors gewährleistet. Damit bietet die MB 50 eine langlebige, wartungsfreie und effiziente Spannlösung für anspruchsvolle industrielle Antriebe.
The MB 50 is the most versatile self-tensioning motor mount for V-belt drives and is suitable for electric motors ranging from 7.5 to 45 kW (sizes 160 M to 225 M). The standardized base plate can be mounted either “centered” or “offset” on the rubber spring element, depending on the position of the driven pulley. This allows the MB 50 to be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of drive configurations and offers high versatility in a compact installation space.
The belt tension can be adjusted continuously and precisely adapted to the belt size, number of belts, and operating requirements, enabling optimal power transmission and maximum service life of the entire drive system.
The MB 50 features two internal cardan bushings that ensure backlash-free, precise mounting. This is complemented by a high-performance tensioning mechanism and a robust bolt mount that ensures simple, secure, and quick fixation of the motor. As a result, the MB 50 offers a durable, maintenance-free, and efficient tensioning solution for demanding industrial drives.
