Rund 20 % aller Sieb‑ und Austragsrinnen werden aus verfahrenstechnischen Gründen hängend unter Materialbunkern oder Dosierschächten gelagert. Für diese Anwendungen bieten die ROSTA Schwingelemente vom Typ HS eine ideale Lösung, da sie eine direkte Aufhängung der Siebmaschine am Silo oder Bunker ermöglichen – ganz ohne aufwendige Joch‑ oder Zwischenkonstruktionen. Dadurch reduziert sich nicht nur der Montageaufwand, sondern auch der Platzbedarf in beengten Anlagenlayouts.
Die neuesten HS‑Aufhängungen verfügen über eine speziell optimierte Führungsarmgeometrie, die konsequent auf Zugbelastung ausgelegt ist. Unter idealen Betriebsbedingungen lässt sich dadurch die Eigenfrequenz der Aufhängung von vormals ca. 5,5 Hz auf nur noch etwa 3,5 Hz senken. Dieser deutliche Frequenzvorteil ermöglicht eine Isolierwirkung von über 97 % und sorgt für einen besonders ruhigen, vibrationsarmen Betrieb – selbst bei variierenden Lasten oder anspruchsvollen Prozessbedingungen.
