ROSTA Elemente vom Typ AUI sind wartungsfreie, elastische Gelenke aus hochwertigem rostfreiem INOX‑Stahl und dienen als Einzellenker für geführte Förderrinnen. Durch die korrosionsbeständige INOX‑Ausführung eignen sie sich ideal für anspruchsvolle Umgebungen, etwa in der Lebensmittel‑, Chemie‑ oder Pharmaindustrie, wo Hygiene, Langlebigkeit und Beständigkeit gegen Feuchtigkeit oder aggressive Medien entscheidend sind.
Dank ihrer durchdachten Konstruktion ermöglichen AUI‑Elemente eine flexible und kundenspezifische Anpassung der Einzellenkerlänge, sodass sich die Rinne optimal auf unterschiedliche Prozessanforderungen abstimmen lässt. Die Gehäuse sind wahlweise mit Rechts‑ oder Linksgewinde erhältlich und erlauben eine präzise Einstellung der Förderbewegung. Die verbindende Gewindestange wird kundenseitig gefertigt – idealerweise ebenfalls mit Rechts‑ und Linksgewinde für eine einfache Justage.
Die Montage erfolgt über stabile Befestigungsflansche an der Rinne. Hochwertige Innenteile mit robusten Befestigungsplatten gewährleisten einfache Installation, hohe Stabilität und eine lange, wartungsfreie Lebensdauer.
ROSTA AUI-type elements are maintenance-free, flexible joints made of high-quality stainless INOX steel and serve as single-cell joints for guided conveyor chutes. Thanks to their corrosion-resistant INOX construction, they are ideally suited for demanding environments, such as in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries, where hygiene, durability, and resistance to moisture or aggressive media are critical.
Thanks to their well-thought-out design, AUI elements allow for flexible and customer-specific adjustment of the single-cell joint length, enabling the chute to be optimally adapted to different process requirements. The housings are available with either right-hand or left-hand threads and allow for precise adjustment of the conveying motion. The connecting threaded rod is manufactured by the customer—ideally also with right- and left-hand threads for easy adjustment.
Installation is carried out using sturdy mounting flanges on the trough. High-quality internal components with robust mounting plates ensure easy installation, high stability, and a long, maintenance-free service life.
