AU Oscillating Element for Single-Cell Steering Systems
ROSTA Elemente vom Typ AU sind wartungsfreie, elastische Gelenke, die als Einzellenker für geführte Förderrinnen dienen und ideal für Anlagen mit Exzenterantrieb geeignet sind. Durch ihre Konstruktion ermöglichen die AU‑Elemente eine flexible und kundenspezifische Anpassung der Einzellenkerlänge, sodass sich die Rinne optimal an unterschiedliche Prozessanforderungen anpassen lässt. Die Gehäuse sind je nach Bedarf sowohl mit Rechts- als auch Linksgewinde verfügbar, was eine einfache und präzise Einstellung der Förderbewegung ermöglicht. Die verbindende Gewindestange wird kundenseitig hergestellt – vorzugsweise ebenfalls mit Rechts- und Linksgewinde, um die Justage zu erleichtern.
Die Montage der AU‑Elemente erfolgt über robuste Befestigungsflansche direkt an der Rinne. Während die Standardgehäuse aus hochwertigem Aluminium-Druckguss bestehen, werden die Typen AU 50 und AU 60 aus widerstandsfähigem Gusseisen gefertigt. Die Innenteile verfügen über Stahlbefestigungsplatten, die für eine hohe Stabilität und lange Lebensdauer sorgen.
ROSTA AU-type elements are maintenance-free, flexible joints that serve as single-cell joints for guided conveyor troughs and are ideally suited for systems with eccentric drives. Thanks to their design, AU elements allow for flexible and customized adjustment of the single-cell joint length, enabling the trough to be optimally adapted to various process requirements. The housings are available with either right-hand or left-hand threads as needed, enabling simple and precise adjustment of the conveying motion. The connecting threaded rod is manufactured by the customer—preferably also with right-hand and left-hand threads to facilitate adjustment.
The AU elements are mounted directly on the trough using robust mounting flanges. While the standard housings are made of high-quality die-cast aluminum, the AU 50 and AU 60 models are manufactured from durable cast iron. The internal components feature steel mounting plates, which ensure high stability and a long service life.
