Die ROSTA Schwinghalterungen vom Typ AR werden für die gleichen Einsatzbereiche genutzt wie die Schwinghalterungen der Typen AU, AS und AD. Sie eignen sich ideal für geführte Schwingbewegungen in Rinnen, Siebmaschinen und Prototypenanlagen. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der AR‑Serie ist der frei wählbare Achsabstand, der eine flexible Anpassung an verschiedene Maschinenkonzepte ermöglicht. Dadurch sind AR‑Elemente besonders prädestiniert für Testaufbauten, Entwicklungsprojekte und die Optimierung neuer Anlagenkonzepte, bei denen unterschiedliche Geometrien erprobt werden müssen.
Das handelsübliche Rundrohr, das als Verbindung zwischen den beiden AR‑Elementen dient, wird bauseits bereitgestellt und bietet hohe Flexibilität bei der Ausführung. Das Innenvierkantprofil der AR‑Halterungen wird – analog zu den Typen AS‑C und AD‑C – reibschlüssig mit dem Maschinenrahmen verbunden. Diese bewährte Verbindungstechnik sorgt für eine spielfreie, stabile Kraftübertragung und zuverlässige Führung der Schwingbewegung.

ROSTA AR-type vibrating mounts are used for the same applications as the AU, AS, and AD-type vibrating mounts. They are ideally suited for guided vibrating motions in troughs, screening machines, and prototype systems. A key advantage of the AR series is the freely selectable center distance, which allows for flexible adaptation to various machine designs. This makes AR elements particularly well-suited for test setups, development projects, and the optimization of new plant concepts where different geometries need to be tested.
The standard round tube, which serves as the connection between the two AR elements, is provided by the customer and offers high flexibility in design. The internal square profile of the AR mounts is connected to the machine frame via a friction-fit connection—similar to the AS-C and AD-C types. This proven connection technology ensures backlash-free, stable force transmission and reliable guidance of the oscillating motion.
With their robust construction, simple integration, and complete lack of maintenance requirements, AR oscillating mounts offer a versatile and efficient solution for modern guided oscillating processes.
