Die Schwingelemente vom Typ ABI‑HD sind die Heavy‑Duty‑Ausführungen der korrosionsbeständigen ABI‑Serie und wurden für besonders anspruchsvolle Sieb‑ und Förderanwendungen entwickelt. Durch ihre angepasste Geometrie bieten sie deutlich höhere Traglasten als die Standardmodelle. Ein Beispiel ist das ABI‑HD 50‑2, das rund 40 % mehr Belastbarkeit erreicht – 14.000 N statt 10.000 N beim ABI 50‑2. Verantwortlich dafür ist eine leicht erhöhte Eigenfrequenz von etwa 2,7 Hz gegenüber 2,3 Hz, wodurch zusätzliche Leistungsreserven für robuste Prozesse entstehen.
ABI‑HD Elemente zeigen ihre Stärke insbesondere im Bergbau und in Siebanlagen mit wechselnden Lasten oder möglichen Überlastsituationen. Die Kombination aus hoher Belastbarkeit, zuverlässiger Schwingungsisolierung und der langlebigen Edelstahlkonstruktion sorgt für zuverlässigen Betrieb selbst unter harten Umgebungsbedingungen.
Alle ABI‑HD Schwingelemente bestehen aus Edelstahl AISI 304 und verfügen über identische technische Leistungsdaten wie die Standard‑AB‑HD Elemente – ideal für korrosive oder hygienisch anspruchsvolle Einsatzbereiche.
The ABI-HD vibrating elements are the heavy-duty versions of the corrosion-resistant ABI series and were developed for particularly demanding screening and conveying applications. Thanks to their optimized geometry, they offer significantly higher load capacities than the standard models. One example is the ABI-HD 50-2, which achieves approximately 40% higher load capacity—14,000 N instead of 10,000 N for the ABI 50-2. This is due to a slightly increased natural frequency of about 2.7 Hz compared to 2.3 Hz, creating additional performance reserves for robust processes.
ABI-HD elements demonstrate their strength particularly in mining and screening plants with fluctuating loads or potential overload situations. The combination of high load capacity, reliable vibration isolation, and durable stainless steel construction ensures reliable operation even under harsh environmental conditions.
