ROSTA Schwingelemente vom Typ ABI sind die korrosionsbeständige Edelstahlvariante der bewährten AB‑Serie und bieten eine wartungsfreie, elastische Lagerung für frei schwingende Maschinen und Förderrinnen verschiedenster Bau‑ und Antriebsarten. Sie unterstützen die Antriebskräfte präzise in Förderrichtung und sichern gleichzeitig eine stabile lineare Führung des schwingenden Systems. Die charakteristische Pantographenstruktur ermöglicht große Einfederwege unter Last und erzeugt dadurch niedrige Eigenfrequenzen von bis zu ca. 2,2 Hz. Das Resultat ist eine außergewöhnlich hohe Isolierwirkung gegenüber der Tragkonstruktion, was besonders in sensiblen oder hoch belasteten Anlagen entscheidend ist.
Dank ihrer hohen Seitenstabilität verhindern ABI‑Elemente das typische Taumeln des Siebgehäuses beim Durchlaufen der Resonanzfrequenz und gewährleisten so einen ruhigen, kontrollierten Betrieb. Ihre zusätzliche Stärke liegt in der Materialausführung: Alle ABI‑Elemente bestehen aus Edelstahl AISI 304 und bieten identische technische Leistungsdaten wie die Standard AB‑Elemente. Damit sind sie optimal geeignet für Umgebungen, in denen hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit gefordert ist – etwa in der Lebensmittelindustrie, im maritimen Bereich oder in chemisch anspruchsvollen Anwendungen.
ROSTA ABI-type vibration elements are the corrosion-resistant stainless steel version of the proven AB series and provide maintenance-free, elastic mounting for freely vibrating machines and conveyor troughs of various designs and drive types. They precisely support the drive forces in the direction of conveyance while ensuring stable linear guidance of the vibrating system. The characteristic pantograph structure allows for large deflections under load, thereby generating low natural frequencies of up to approximately 2.2 Hz. The result is an exceptionally high isolating effect relative to the supporting structure, which is particularly crucial in sensitive or heavily loaded systems.
Thanks to their high lateral stability, ABI elements prevent the typical wobbling of the screen housing when passing through the resonance frequency, thereby ensuring smooth, controlled operation. Their additional strength lies in the material design: All ABI elements are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and offer identical technical performance data as the standard AB elements. This makes them ideally suited for environments where high corrosion resistance is required—such as in the food industry, the maritime sector, or in chemically demanding applications.
