ROSTA AB 50 TWIN, AB 50-1.6 TWIN und AB 50‑2 TWIN wurden für maximale Leistungsanforderungen entwickelt. Die spezielle Zwillingskonstruktion mit parallel angeordneten Elastomerelementen auf beiden Seiten ermöglicht eine deutlich höhere Tragfähigkeit – rund doppelt so hoch wie bei den Standardausführungen AB50 und AB50‑2. Diese Bauweise sorgt für hohe Stabilität, starke Schwingungsisolation und eine zuverlässige Führung des schwingenden Systems, selbst unter extremen Lastbedingungen.
Die TWIN‑Varianten eignen sich ideal für Grosssiebanlagen oder Maschinen mit Gegenschwingrahmen, bei denen das Gesamtgewicht zehn Tonnen und mehr erreicht. Dank identischer Führungsgeometrie und gleicher Eigenfrequenzen können TWIN‑Elemente flexibel mit Standard‑AB‑Versionen kombiniert werden. Dadurch lassen sich je nach Gewichtsschwerpunkt der Anlage spezifisch verstärkte Aufhängungspunkte an Ein‑ oder Auslaufseite realisieren – für optimale Balance, Effizienz und Langlebigkeit.
The ROSTA AB 50 TWIN, AB 50-1.6 TWIN, and AB 50-2 TWIN were developed to meet the most demanding performance requirements. The special twin-element design, featuring elastomer elements arranged in parallel on both sides, enables a significantly higher load-bearing capacity—approximately twice that of the standard AB 50 and AB 50-2 models. This design ensures high stability, strong vibration isolation, and reliable guidance of the vibrating system, even under extreme load conditions.
The TWIN variants are ideal for large screening plants or machines with counter-vibrating frames where the total weight reaches ten tons or more. Thanks to identical guidance geometry and the same natural frequencies, TWIN elements can be flexibly combined with standard AB versions. This allows for specifically reinforced suspension points on the inlet or outlet side, depending on the system’s center of gravity—ensuring optimal balance, efficiency, and durability.
