ROSTA Schwingelemente vom Typ AB bieten eine moderne, wartungsfreie Lösung für die elastische Lagerung und Aufhängung von frei schwingenden Sieben aller Bauarten. Sie unterstützen die Antriebskräfte präzise in Förderrichtung und gewährleisten gleichzeitig eine stabile Führung des bewegten Systems. Die charakteristische Geometrie und Bauweise ermöglicht eine hohe Lasttragfähigkeit sowie niedrige Eigenfrequenzen von bis zu ca. 2,2 Hz. Das Resultat ist eine aussergewöhnlich hohe Isolierwirkung gegenüber der Tragkonstruktion – ideal für langlebige und effiziente Anlagen.
AB‑Elemente sorgen zudem für ein kontrolliertes und kurzes Durchlaufen der Resonanz. Die Gehäusekonstruktion mit integrierten Befestigungsflanschen und Bohrungen ermöglicht eine direkte und unkomplizierte Montage.
Alle AB‑Elemente sind auch als Edelstahlversion ABI (AISI 304) erhältlich und bieten identische technische Leistungsdaten wie die blauen Standardmodelle – optimal für korrosive oder hygienisch anspruchsvolle Umgebungen.

They precisely support the drive forces in the direction of conveyance while ensuring stable guidance of the moving system. Their characteristic geometry and design enable high load-bearing capacity as well as low natural frequencies of up to approximately 2.2 Hz. The result is an exceptionally high degree of isolation from the supporting structure—ideal for durable and efficient systems.
AB elements also ensure a controlled and brief passage through resonance. The housing design, featuring integrated mounting flanges and holes, allows for direct and straightforward installation.
All AB elements are also available in a stainless steel version (ABI, AISI 304) and offer identical technical performance data as the standard blue models—ideal for corrosive or hygienically demanding environments.
