ROSTA ABモデル 振動マウントは、高い分離効果、高い横方向安定性、過負荷に対するセキュリティ、および腐食に対する高い耐性により、スクリーニング技術のスクリーンボックスサスペンションとしての優れた名前を付けています。

このプロセスに関連する理由から、すべてのスクリーンおよび放電シュートの約 20% がマテリアルバンカーおよび計測シャフトの下にマウントを吊り下げています。ROSTAABモデル振動マウントは、これらの振動ユニットの組み立てにもよく使用されます。吊り下げ式のスクリーニング装置は、複雑なヨーク構造を編成することなく、 AB サスペンションを使用してサイロやバンカーに直接接続できます。
新しいHSサスペンション（吊りスクリーン）は引張荷重のために設計されているガイドアーム形状を有しています。理想的な負荷では、このサスペンションの固有振動数は従来の 5.5 Hz から約 3.5 Hz にまで下がり、これにより絶縁効果 > 97% が保証 されます。すべての HS振動マウントはステンレス鋼（ AISI 304 ）でも入手でき、青色の HS 振動マウントと交換できます。
