AB型ROSTA振荡支座因其高效的隔离效果、高水平的横向稳定性、过载安全性和较强的耐腐蚀性,在筛分技术中作为筛箱悬挂装置而享有盛名。

由于与该工艺相关的原因,大约20%的筛分机和卸料溜槽在料仓和计量轴下方都安装了悬挂式支座。AB型ROSTA振荡支座也经常用于组装这些振动装置,因为悬挂式筛分机可以使用AB悬挂直接连接到筒仓和煤仓,而无需组织复杂的轭架结构。

新型HSI悬挂系统(悬挂筛分机)有一个导向臂几何结构,设计用于拉伸载荷。在理想负载下,该悬架的固有频率从原来的5.5 Hz下降到仅约3.5 Hz,从而保证了97%>的隔离效果。所有HSI型振荡支座均采用不锈钢制作(AISI 304),且可与蓝色HS型振荡支座互换!
