关于产品

AB型ROSTA振荡支座为免维护弹性摇杆，用于支撑或悬挂各种设计和驱动系统的自由振荡振动设备。它们在输送方向上辅助提供驱动力，并确保机器振荡部分的良好线性导向。振荡支座的受电弓结构允许在负载下产生较大的弹簧挠度，从而产生较低的固有频率（低至约2.2 Hz），因此对支撑结构具有极高的隔振效率。ROSTA振荡支座较高的横向稳定性可防止筛壳在通过共振频率时的摆动，这是螺旋弹簧装置的典型特征。

尺寸AB 15至38的元件外壳由轻合金型材制成，配有横向固定法兰，包含直接安装在客户机器零件上所需的固定孔。AB 45、AB 50和AB 50-2支座带球墨铸铁脚，可直接用螺栓连接到筛分机和支撑结构上。
尺寸AB 15至AB 45的双橡胶悬挂装置的外壳为铝型材，尺寸AB 50和AB 50-2的则为球墨铸铁。
所有AB型振荡支座也可采用不锈钢制作（AISI 304），且可与蓝色AB型振荡支座互换！
