It is our employees who make the difference and our competitiveness! For this purpose we are looking for the driver for the development and promotion of our marketing activities as Head of Marketing.

This key function at the headquarters in Switzerland or our subsidiaries in Germany or Italy reports to the CSO and is both exciting and challenging: You will lead all Marketing activities on the Group level from social media and digital campaigns to advertising, exhibitions and customer communication.

Your core tasks:

• Coordinate all marketing efforts to boost brand awareness in the digital world and support the classic B2B-communication to the customer through the sales force around the world
• Create content for the website and social media by your own and contracted specialists
• Define and allocate budgeted marketing expenses to reach optimum results for continuous profitable growth
• Interact actively with the sales force at the subsidiaries and the distribution partners to take up ideas and assure a consistent branding across all channels and marketing instruments.
• Analyze the business segments and the competitors regarding pricing and market development and suggest actively measures to the group management.

Your Profile

• Many years of experience and track record in digital and classic B2B-marketing, preferably of technical components
• Experience in the use of CRM-software among other for running successful marketing cam-paigns. Good understanding of Linkedin-tools and SEO.
• Analytical and goal-oriented professional finding the right balance between existing and new instruments to increase the impact of marketing
• Excellent language skills in English orally and in writing, good knowledge of German preferred
