ROSTA Group is the inventor and globally leading manufacturer of innovative rubber spring solutions and services. ROSTA HIVE ( is a fully integrated “Industry 4.0” solution of hardware and software. It enables our customers to gather and analyse critical data of their systems and assets and herewith gain valuable insights and define actitities to improve their OEE. In short they can improve availability of their assets, reduce downtime, perform predictive maintenance and thus improve their performance. We are looking for the leader and driver of HIVE to further accelerate our “Industry 4.0”-position as "Project & Business Development Leader".

This key function is both exciting and challenging and offers a great, long-term opportunity. You will be the key person to push and further develop our business cases, products / services into the global market with the team you will develop. You are working for the global leader in the (niche) category and will be able to work for and compete with the big players in a very dynamic environment. You will work with partners and colleagues around the world to develop within a short time frame our new product category HIVE from a startup position to (ideally) a successful division within our company

Your core tasks:

  • Project lead “HIVE” and development / implementation of the global business cases

  • Partner evaluation and management for the different subprojects

  • Market development and active (sales) leadership role for HIVE

  • Ensuring that HIVE continues to deliver real value add in “Industry 4.0” for coming years

Your operative responsibilities:

  • Aggressive roll out of our “HIVE-solution” around the globe – responsibility for sales
  • Identification of applications, markets and customers and business cases for HIVE
  • Consulting & Selling of HIVE to target customers with support of our sales organization
  • Definition of technical and commercial requirements for partner selection and roll-out
  • Close (personal) interaction with our technical staff, sales team and key customers

Your ideal profile:

  • Higher education as electronics / mechatronics engineer – ideally with economic background / experiences

  • Experience / capabilities in selling complex solutions, services and products

  • Desire to interact with engineers and technical people on different levels around the world

  • Ability to move and develop people and organizations

  • “Go getter” and “Getting things done” attitude and skill set

  • Fluent in English, possibly German, other languages highly appreciated
