This key function is both exciting and challenging: As a key member of the group management you will actively work to lift our already very good performance to the next level. You will develop and lead the team with a “hands-on” and “leading by example” approach. You will define and ensure performant supply chain and production processes to guarantee our global customers the quality they expect from the leader. You will also ensure that our big affiliates develop their local performance to be as close as possible to our key markets.


Your core tasks:

  • Ensuring a “best in class” quality and delivery of our products around the world

  • Leading a team of over 50 people (mainly in Switzerland) with 5 direct reports

  • Continuously improving our own production in Switzerland and further developing a globally competent network of (out-)sourcing partners

  • Constantly challenge current cost situation

Your operative responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high(est) productivity, delivery performance and cost competitiveness of the manufacturing site in Switzerland
  • Finding and developing competent partners for materials and services in key markets
  • Process improvement within the department and throughout the organization

Your ideal profile:

  • Significant experience and track record in such a role in a global environment with demanding customers, aggressive competitors & copycats

  • Knowledge in lean management (CIP, Six Sigma, Kanban etc)

  • Ideally university degree with high affinity and experience in mechanical environment

  • Very good language skills in German and English are a must
