To implement our growth strategy, we are looking for the new Global Key Account Manager reporting directly to the Group-CEO. You will be working from headquarters in Switzerland, in one of the subsidiaries of ROSTA or remotely.

Global Key Account Manager (100%)

Your responsibilities & opportunities:

  • Develop a portfolio of ROSTA Group Key Accounts, with special emphasis on acquiring new projects and bringing Sales Opportunities to production for ramp-up
  • Document relevant customer communication in CRM, create and develop sales opportunities, solicitate contributions from local Area Sales Manager worldwide to develop the accounts owned globally, create and update sales budgets and forecasts
  • Lead new customer project in close alignment with all internal and external stakeholders from first contact to ramp-up (e.g. Internal Sales, Application Development, Operations)
  • Conduct basic product seminars / trainings

Your Profile

  • Technical education coupled with in-depth knowledge in at least one of the target industries (Machinery, Mining, Quarrying, Agriculture)
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or as a sales consultant for technical products
  • Self-motivated strong salesperson with a well-balanced hunter / farmer ratio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with pro-fessionals of all organizational levels
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Good ability to listen to customer needs and provide solutions based on customer’s needs
  • Fluent in English and preferably German. Other languages are an asset
