El tipo de soporte oscilante AB-HD es la versión «Servicio pesado» de la familia de soportes AB de las suspensiones de criba ROSTA. Por ejemplo, el tipo AB-HD 50-2 ofrece un 40 % más de capacidad de carga en comparación con la versión estándar AB 50-2 (14€²000 en lugar de 10€²000 N) mediante una frecuencia natural ligeramente superior (f = aprox. 2,7 Hz en lugar de 2,3 Hz).
El soporte de criba AB-HD es la suspensión ideal para cribas mineras y de áridos que trabajan con capacidades de carga variables y son menos sensibles a posibles situaciones de sobrecarga. Además, debido a la alta capacidad de carga, estos soportes también están predestinados para cribas sometidas a situaciones de carga de impacto (por ejemplo, cargadas por cargadores frontales).
