ROSTA Switzerland is looking for a sparring partner to our experienced Sales Manager for France and Benelux, managing 50% of the territory of France and Spain/Portugal as Area Sales Manager France (50% of market) and Spain/Portugal You will be working remotely from home and travel up to 50% of the time.

Area Sales Manager France (50% of market)

Your responsibilities & possibilities:

  • Aggressively grow and shape the assigned market areas
  • Implement and adjust the global sales strategy to customer segments and industries
  • Support and develop partners and to develop brand awareness with big OEM and Endusers
  • Competent, solution-oriented advice, training and support for customers and local representa-tives or partners
  • Development of new business fields and applications with customers
  • Initiation of (digital) marketing activities to acquire new customers, development of new sales channels

Your Profile

  • Technical education, further education in the field of mechanical engineering, sales and busi-ness administration
  • Several years of professional experience in sales of industrial components / products
  • Experience with different sales channels (OEMs, distribution partners, resellers)
  • “Hunter” / Business Development Mentality with strong negotiating skills
  • Initiative, flexible personality with a goal-oriented and independent way of working
  • Know-How to make effective use of CRM and analytical databases.
  • French as Mother tongue and fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese as an advantage.
